Novella Clinical Names European Ops VP

Novella Clinical has appointed Elizabeth Edwards vice president of operations for Europe. Ms. Edwards will be responsible for Novella’s clinical research and operations in the UK and Europe.

She has more than 17 years of experience in clinical development and operations. Most recently she served as senior director of clinical development at Inspire Pharmaceuticals, where she worked extensively in Eastern Europe, New Zealand and Australia. Previously she held senior positions with GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals and Edwards Pharmaceutical Research.

“Elizabeth brings a tremendous amount of clinical knowledge and operational acumen to Novella,” said Rob King, chief operating officer for Novella Clinical. “Her direction will prove invaluable as we continue to expand our international operations and support our clients conducting global trials.”
